Group Running Sessions
Join our friendly community at 6pm every Tuesday & Thursday at Taff Bargoed Park (South Wales). Structured sessions for all paces, with coaching and support to keep you improving.
Zero to 45 Beginners
A 12-week path to running 45 minutes continuously. Join our supportive local course - or take the virtual version with app-based training, video lessons, and weekly online Q&A support.

I don’t coach elite athletes - I work with real people who want to feel fitter, stronger, more capable, and more in control of their health and performance.
My coaching is performance-led, but not in the traditional sense.
Performance isn’t just about pace or race times - it’s about how well your body functions, how confidently you move, how resilient you feel, and how consistently you can show up for your life.
Running is the vehicle I use, but the work goes deeper than training plans.
