Group Running Sessions
Join our friendly community at 6pm every Tuesday & Thursday at Taff Bargoed Park (South Wales). Structured sessions for all paces, with coaching and support to keep you improving.

Zero to 45 Beginners
A 12-week path to running 45 minutes continuously. Join our supportive local course - or take the virtual version with app-based training, video lessons, and weekly online Q&A support.

Technique Analysis
The Run B.E.T.T.E.R. Method: our comprehensive running assessment, including video form analysis, strength & mobility assessments, plus more; to run smoother, faster, safer.
